    Inept design that bends cable connection to headphone

    Unbelievable how this got past initial testing. It is way too short so when you rest your headphones on it, the cable bends on the base because the stand is not tall enough. This is putting permanent flex on a possibly delicate connection where the cable goes into the earpieces. Unusual for this brand to make such a poor product. It needs to be about 5cm taller.

    Der Ständer besteht aus Metall - die Kopfhörerauflage aus einem zähen Kunststoff. Beides verträgt rund 10Kg Druck mit der Hand ohne sich sonderlich viel durchzubiegen. Das Teil ist richtig stabil und verträgt sicher auch einen Sturz vom Tisch schadlos. Das Metall ist pulverbeschichtet und weist eine typische Struktur auf.

    Leider waren keine Gummifüsse dabei - die sind aber wichtig, weil sonst Holztische verkratzt werden dürften. Daher habe ich kleine Möbelgleiter nachgerüstet. Auch denkbar wären solche aus Gummi, die dann auch ein Verrutschen des Fusses verhinden.

    OB einem ein Ständer 20,- Euro wert ist, muss jeder selber entscheiden - ich habe ihn gekauft, weil er farblich exakt zu den Möbeln im Zimmer passt. Möglicherweise wird daher noch ein zweiter geordert.
