Lack of Quality

I've been using the Zappatini Strap for 2 years for the baritone saxophone.

Pros: The strap manages to greatly reduces the weight of the baritone saxophone, and it becomes as lightweight as an alto.

Cons: The quality of this strap is horrible at best. After only 2 years of usage the cord snapped in half! Additionally, the plastic support got bent as well due to the weight of the instrument.

M
totally worth its money

After playing for 10 years with a regular saxophone strap, I am really happy to have purchased the Zappatini. I had troubles with my neck an back, going that far that I was not able to play saxophone for almost four months.
Ordinary saxophone straps stress your body because they put pressure on your neck only. That leads to hardening of your muscles and can cause dramatic problems.
The Zappatini spreads the weight of the saxophone over all of your body, so there are no problems at all.
I would recommend this strap especially to children, people with back problems and when playing heavy saxophones like tenor or baritone.
